NHOA Energy is looking for an experienced Construction Manager with at least 5 years in construction management, ideally within energy projects. The position combines remote and office work in Milan. Responsibilities include managing contractors, preparing contracts, and ensuring adherence to project management principles. A Master's degree in Engineering is required along with strong negotiation and risk mitigation skills. Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or similar roles.
• Proven experience in multidisciplinary and medium/large-scale energy projects.
• Solid understanding of risk mitigation practices.

Mansioni

• Scout, evaluate and manage construction and general contractors.
• Lead and coordinate GCO tendering processes.
• Prepare and validate technical, commercial and contractual documentation.
• Estimate construction and installation budgets.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate construction-related risks.
• Ensure full integration of HSE procedures.
