Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Law with Technical background in Oil & Gas or Energy products.
- Strong analytical skills for contractual clauses and contracting methods.
- Experience in Early Dispute Resolution, claims negotiation and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage project contracts from award to commercial operation date.
- Prepare contract summaries and transfer documents; flag residual commercial risks.
- Identify and transfer contractual provisions to vendors, subcontractors and partners.
- Ensure proper archiving of documentation and key project correspondence.
- Support contract variations and settlements; address risks impacting costs.
- Assist in handling contract disputes and settlements with legal coordination.
- Track and report contract claims, unbilled milestones and payments; monitor KPIs.
- Support PD/PM and project team on contract-related matters.
