EssilorLuxottica is seeking an Enviroment, Health & Safety Training & Comms Intern to design, develop and deliver global training initiatives. You will support cross‑functional projects, conduct needs analyses, and create multimedia learning materials while aiding internal communication campaigns to promote EHS culture.

The role involves coordinating training logistics, evaluating program impact, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across the company.

Formación

• Knowledge of training and development methods and techniques.
• Proficient with MS Office; SharePoint, Forms, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Know-how to identify training needs and evaluate results.
• Experience in web design and content production, copywriting/editing a plus.
• Strong judgment, time management, and professional networking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong planning skills.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Humanities, EHS, or Comms/Marketing.
• English level C1; Italian/French a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and deliver training programs aligned with business needs.
• Conduct training needs analysis with managers and stakeholders.
• Create engaging training materials (presentations, e-learning, guides, videos).
• Coordinate training calendar, logistics, and participant comms.
• Monitor training impact via feedback and KPIs for improvement.
• Develop internal comms plans to support projects and initiatives.
• Draft content for internal channels; ensure messaging aligns with brand.
• Collaborate cross-functionally for alignment and impact.
• Analyze communication effectiveness and employee engagement.
