EssilorLuxottica in Milan is seeking an Operations sustainability assistant to shape climate workshops and learning journeys. You will help develop environmental training modules, raise awareness, and permeate sustainability knowledge across the organization via the Leonardo platform.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s or master’s in marketing, communication, or management, strong analytical and teamwork skills, fluent English, and proficiency in MS Office.

Your role

We are looking for an Operations sustainability assistant who will support us shaping the evolution of climate workshops as well as enhancing sustainability learning journey. The candidate will support the development of environmental sustainability learning modules, help drive employee awareness and contribute to permeate knowledge across the organization through the EssilorLuxottica training platform.

Main responsibilities:

• Support the evolution of climate workshops learning and engagement journey on EssilorLuxottica training platform, contributing to the definition of its future strategy, objectives, and engagement approach
• Assist in the design and development of workshops modules and learning content, ensuring alignment with the company's sustainability priorities and activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the sustainability training framework
• Support the monitoring and reporting performance metrics and engagement data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Coordinate localization and translation requests ensuring consistency of sustainability messaging across different markets and languages.
• Contribute to the creation of communication assets and engagement campaigns to promote participation in sustainability training initiatives across the organization

Main requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Management, or a related field
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a collaborative mindset
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
• Sustainability advocacy is considered a plus
