Job summary

EssilorLuxottica Group is seeking an Optical Retail EMEA Internal Communications Intern to support the Corporate Communications team across the EMEA region. You will coordinate multi-country projects, publish content on internal channels, and help develop engaging communication materials to strengthen collaboration and alignment.

The role involves localization, cross-functional collaboration, and contributing to innovative communication efforts in a global eyewear company.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or ongoing studies in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, or related fields.
• Strong interest in corporate and internal communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of French, German, or Spanish is a plus.
• International academic or professional experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal communication projects across multiple EMEA countries.
• Localization and distribution of communication materials in different languages.
• Publish content on internal channels and touchpoints.
• Create and adapt articles, videos, presentations and other assets.
• Support organization of internal initiatives and events.
• Collaborate with country communication contacts for alignment and timely delivery.
• Work with Corporate Communications, Creative Hub, IT and business stakeholders.
• Explore new communication approaches, including AI-powered tools.
• Monitor activities and assist in day-to-day project management.
• Foster engagement and knowledge sharing across the EMEA network.

Education

Master's degree or ongoing studies in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields
