Job summary

EssilorLuxottica Group is seeking an Operations sustainability assistant to support the evolution of climate workshops and the sustainability learning journey on our Leonardo platform. The role includes developing learning modules and driving awareness of environmental initiatives across the organization.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor engagement metrics, and coordinate localization and translations to ensure consistent sustainability messaging in multiple markets,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Management, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Proactive and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Support evolution of climate workshops and engagement learning on Leonardo platform.
Design and develop workshop modules aligned with sustainability priorities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the sustainability training framework.
Monitor and report performance metrics and engagement data.
Coordinate localization and translation for sustainability messaging.
