Job summary

Evolus (Nasdaq: EOLS) seeks an experienced Technical Product Manager/Digital Product Manager for its Milan headquarters. You will bridge business needs and Digital Engineering, owning the international digital backlog and roadmap while shaping ecommerce strategy across markets.

Based in Milan with hybrid work Tuesday–Thursday in the office, you will drive end-to-end product delivery, work with design and engineering teams, and influence vendor management and budgets for international expansion.

Qualifications

At least 10 years in product management, business analysis, or ecommerce.
Experience operating in a multi-country or multi-market environment.
Strong track record as an Ecommerce Product Manager or similar role.
Meaningful experience with B2B ecommerce.
Experience with payment processing, tax considerations, fulfillment, and order management.
A history of working with designers, engineers, business leaders, and vendors.
The ability to turn messy, complex business needs into requirements engineers can build from.
Experience managing backlogs, program plans, dependencies, and release readiness.
Experience working with globally distributed teams, including across European markets.
Strong written and spoken English.
Enough technical understanding to work well with engineers and make informed product calls.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain the product backlog and the International Digital roadmap.
Turn business problems into clear requirements: user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and supporting documentation.
Build program plans that cover milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and release sequencing.
Work with designers and engineers from early discovery through launch.
Coordinate release readiness across business and technical teams.
Support adoption of new and existing ecommerce capabilities, and build dashboards that track it.
Build a repeatable country launch playbook so each new market gets faster and smoother than the last.
Work with legal, privacy, security, tax, and regulatory experts to ensure country launches are compliant.
Partner with vendors while aligning product priorities with business needs.
