Join De’ Longhi Appliances S.r.l. as the Global E-Commerce Manager and lead the strategic roadmap of D2C E-Commerce platforms. This role requires 8–10 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position focusing on D2C operations. The successful candidate will optimize e-commerce growth and innovate website functionality.

Responsibilities include managing the E-Commerce P&L, integrating new technologies, and collaborating across teams to enhance post-purchase experiences. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Competenze

• 8-10 years of E-Commerce experience, including 3 years leading D2C platforms.
• Strong technical understanding of E-Commerce systems.
• Excellent spoken and written English; Italian is a plus.
