GE HealthCare in Milano is seeking an International Clinical Education & Strategy CVUS manager to define and deploy the global clinical education strategy, ensuring clear alignment with internal stakeholders and external partners. This role drives clinical differentiation of the portfolio through education programs, partnerships, and close marketing alignment to maximize sales effectiveness.

The incumbent reports to the CVUS GM International and travels up to 50% to coordinate across regions,

Competenze

• Senior profile with experience in the medical industry.
• Experience in ultrasound and cardiology is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel 50% of time.

Mansioni

• Define and lead the international clinical education strategy across regions, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with business priorities.
• Develop, deploy and optimize clinical education programs addressing customer needs and evolving clinical practices.
• Coordinate and align regional clinical leaders for consistent execution at international level.
• Monitor clinical education outcomes and use insights to improve adoption, engagement and credibility.
