Job summary

GE HealthCare apprentices will train over 30 months as Clinical Education Specialist MR, delivering formal MRI training to customers, onsite or via digital platforms under supervision. Travel up to 80% is expected as part of training and deployment activities in Italy and nearby regions.

Requires a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or Radiographer degree, excellent communication, and fluency in English and Italian to support global customers and clinical education initiatives.

Qualifications

• Education: Master degree in Biomedical Engineering or Radiographer degree
• Curiosity and passion for medical products and technology

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite clinical applications training to users of GE equipment in given a modality area.
• Co-ordinate installations and initial clinical applications alongside sales, service and the zone Clinical Education Manager.
• Conduct high quality application trainings at customer sites to ensure customer’s safe and effective use of GE equipment’s, optimizing image quality and productivity.
• Maintaining satisfactory after-sale relationships and development of long-term customer relationships.
• Promote unique differentiators based on customer’s clinical needs, competition, values and benefits sought.
• Continuously develop and improve a network of key opinion leaders within the assigned territory.
• Support Trade show/Workshops/show sites/Customer visits.
• Support the deployment of digital tools and embrace the digital transformation of clinical education
• Document trainings, site visit’s and Customer interactions as per the local protocol.
