GE Medical Systems Italia SpA seeks an experienced trainer to deliver formal clinical and technical training for GE Healthcare CT products to customers after purchase. You will conduct on-site education, perform product demonstrations at congresses, and develop targeted training programs.

Fluency in English and Italian is required, along with CT modality experience, and a willingness to travel extensively for trainings and events across Italy and beyond.

Competenze

• Holds a TSRM or Master’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• Able to build relationships and work outside office when needed.
• Willingness to travel extensively within region and nationwide for trainings and events.
• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Experience interfacing with customers as part of a solutions-based process.
• Self-motivated, proactive and team oriented with customer focus.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills; fluent in English and Italian.

Job Description Summary

The role is responsible for providing formal technical and clinical training to customers that have purchased a GE Healthcare CT products. Responsibilities include on-going post-sale customer support, on-site clinical visits for education sessions. Responsibilities will include also product demonstrations during pre-sale activities and congresses.

Location: Roma

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and clinical information to customer by demonstrating the full range of CT product features and benefits.
• Develop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers on software and applications of the GE Healthcare CT portfolio of scanners and post-processing workstation.
• Monitor and control customer satisfaction through continuing education trainings, optimization of the performances of the GE Healthcare equipment utilized by users.
• Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing GE Healthcare product demonstration and workstation promotion as well as customer training.
• Use product knowledge to assist commercial and marketing teams in developing sales tools.
• Provide post-training reports, regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs to the internal Sales and Service organization.

Required Qualifications

• TSRM or Master’s Degree in Biomedical Engineer or related.
• Easy to establish relationship with people, open and flexible to work outside of the office.
• Willingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region as well as to nationwide for trainings, sales meetings and tradeshows.
• Solid problem-solving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict, communicate issues and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers).
• Proven professional business acumen (experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process).
• Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve.
• Team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset.
• Strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desired).
• Ability to communicate effectively using local language.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Clinical scanning skills in CT modality.

For Italy based positions, Annual Salary Range : 38,800.00EUR - 53,350.00 EUR C.C.N.L per i dipendenti dalle Industrie Metalmeccaniche private e della Installazione di impianti sottoscritto da Federmeccanica, Assistal, Fim-CISL, Fiom-CGIL e Uilm-UIL.
