Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Training Specialist to provide formal technical and clinical training to customers for GE CT products. You will conduct on-site education sessions, product demonstrations during pre-sales activities, and support at congresses.

The role requires travel and fluency in English and Italian, with an annual salary range in Italy of 38,800 to 53,350 EUR. You will collaborate with Sales and Service teams to ensure customer success and ongoing education across regions.

Qualifications

• TSRM or Master’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering or related.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; able to work outside of the office.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Italy and nationwide for trainings, meetings and tradeshows.
• Solid problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Professional business acumen; experience interfacing with internal/external customers in a solution-based sales process.
• Self-motivated, proactive outlook to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Team-oriented with a customer-satisfaction mindset.
• Strong presentation skills; public speaking and lecture experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Italian and English.
• Clinical CT scanning skills.

Responsibilities include on-going post-sale customer support, on-site clinical visits for education sessions. Responsibilities will include also product demonstrations during pre-sale activities and congresses.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide technical and clinical information to customer by demonstrating the full range of CT product features and benefits.
• Develop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers on software and applications of the GE Healthcare CT portfolio of scanners and post-processing workstation.
• Monitor and control customer satisfaction through continuing education trainings, optimization of the performances of the GE Healthcare equipment utilized by users.
• Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing GE Healthcare product demonstration and workstation promotion as well as customer training.
• Use product knowledge to assist commercial and marketing teams in developing sales tools.
• Provide post-training reports, regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs to the internal Sales and Service organization.

Required Qualifications:

• TSRM or Master's Degree in Biomedical Engineer or related.
• Easy to establish relationship with people, open and flexible to work outside of the office.
• Willingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region as well as to nationwide for trainings, sales meetings and tradeshows
• Solid problem-solving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict, communicate issues and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers)
• Proven professional business acumen (experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process)
• Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve
• Team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset
• Strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desired)
• Ability to communicate effectively using local language
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Clinical scanning skills in CT modality

Annual Salary Range : 38,800.00EUR - 53,350.00 EUR
