Marelli is seeking a Key Suppliers Management Specialist to join the Electronics Supply Chain Management team in Corbetta, Italy. You will manage strategic electronics suppliers to ensure supply continuity, cost competitiveness, and quality, reporting to the Key Suppliers Management Manager.

You will build relationships, monitor performance, and support negotiations while driving mitigation plans for shortages and obsolescence in a fast-paced, international environment.

About the Position:

We are looking for a Key Suppliers Management Specialist to join the Electronics Supply Chain Management team, reporting directly to the Key Suppliers Management Manager.

This position is based at our office in Corbetta (MI), Italy.

As the Key Suppliers Management Specialist at Marelli, you will be responsible to manage strategic electronics suppliers to ensure supply continuity, cost competitiveness, and quality.

Your Responsibilities will be:

• Develop and maintain relationships with key electronics suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance, risks, capacity, and delivery commitments.
• Support negotiations on commercial terms, lead times, and supply agreements.
• Drive mitigation plans for shortages, disruptions, and obsolescence.

What Qualifications you will bring:

• Experience with supplier relationship and performance management

• Electronics supply-chain knowledge
• Experience with semiconductors or electronic components
• SAP/ERP and supplier-performance tools experience
