Beontag is seeking a Customer Service Intern to support order handling, monitor delivery commitments, assist with customer requests and ensure effective communication across Sales, Production, Planning, Logistics and Finance. This role is based at our Bologna plant and offers exposure to international customer service routines in a dynamic, multicultural setting.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or Degree in Economics or similar.
• Knowledge of Office Suite.
• Advanced in English.
• Strong interest and attitude in Sales and Customer Relationship.

Mansioni

• Support on Process Customer Purchase Orders including completing all needed steps to close Order-Delivery-Invoicing process.
• Support on informing final customer about their correct planning and on-time shipments.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize flows and processes.
• To check sales pricing against partner price lists/offers/Tender information summaries and alert sales of any inconsistencies discovered on items, pricing and delivery terms.
• Support on compliance monitoring according to commitments made to ensure OTD (On Time Delivery) including following up order status and escalating immediate constraints regarding order completion.
• Assist in solving special Delivery & Logistics requirements from Customers.
• Assist Worldwide Sales team members and customers with lead times, delivery times and stock availability information in coordination with other WW teams.
• Address and follow up Customer Complaints in coordination with Product Management Department & Quality Department.
• Interface, together with the Sales Manager/Inside Sales Specialist, for good return activities.
• Support on actions to be taken to keep Customer Satisfaction at a high level.
• Coordinate with Sales keeping payment terms up to date.
• Support Finance, on needed basis, legislations related to import VAT in different countries.
• For Tier A customer, when requested, she/he can follows the Service Bureau production flow coordinating the team of production, IT and supply chain.
• Controls if the data is received correctly (data, suppliers’ contacts etc...)
• Monitors the status of the blanket orders, used for Service Bureau
• Makes sure the production is scheduled according to the agreed terms (10 days, including the production, custom packaging, and shipment)
• Sends out notification with detailed packing lists and AWBs
