Identis in Galliate (Novara) seeks a proactive Customer Service Specialist at junior to mid-level to support our international growth. You will manage the complete order-processing lifecycle, from preparing commercial quotations and order entry to delivery monitoring and customer support.

This role connects international customers with Sales, Operations, Logistics, Administration and external suppliers. You will handle multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and provide clear, timely

Competenze

Fluency in English at least B2/C1
Knowledge of French, Spanish or German is a strong advantage
Good knowledge of ERP systems; SAP is highly preferred
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and order tracking

Mansioni

Prepare accurate commercial quotations by analysing product specs, volumes, pricing, delivery requirements, and deadlines.
Enter, process, and manage customer orders within the company ERP system.
Monitor the full order lifecycle, tracking milestones and ensuring timely delivery.
Act as a primary point of contact for international B2B customers, providing updates and professional support.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Logistics, Administration, Procurement, and other internal departments.
Liaise with suppliers and external partners to support procurement and delivery.
Identify delays or issues and coordinate corrective actions.
Prepare, verify, organise, and manage commercial, administrative, and shipping documentation.
Ensure customer data, pricing, order details, and delivery instructions are complete and accurate.
Use Microsoft Excel and internal reporting tools to track orders, deadlines, pricing, and operations.
Support continuous improvement of customer service and order-management processes.
