Liablix SRL in Bologna, Italy, is seeking a Business Operations Intern B2C on-site. The role offers real operational responsibility from day one, with a €400/month reimbursement and exposure to CRM, funnels, analytics, and automation.

You'll organize projects, maintain trackers, support leads and customer requests, and help build dashboards while learning how a fast-growing AI startup turns decisions into scalable processes.

• Highly organized and reliable, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets, and basic business metrics.
• Able to structure unclear problems and communicate clearly in writing and speech.

• Organize projects, tasks, priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Maintain trackers, internal documentation, and operational workflows.
• Support management of incoming leads and customer requests.
• Help organize CRM pipelines and keep customer information complete and updated.
• Track users across the funnel and identify where they abandon the process.
• Support follow-ups, document collection, and case status management.
• Coordinate professionals involved in delivering services.
• Build dashboards for key business and operational metrics.
• Track leads, conversion rates, quotations, revenue, costs, and performance.
