UniCredit S.p.A in Milano is offering an internship in Global CRM Operations for 2026. You will support front office desks across cross-asset classes, help with trade processing and data quality in a fast-paced environment.

The program focuses on onboarding institutional clients, lifecycle management, and collaboration with Risk, KYC, IT and Compliance to ensure accurate, timely operations.

Mansioni

• Offer trading support to Front Office desks on cross asset classes.
• Analyze the trades supporting the Front Office desks in standard and extraordinary operations: performing the first level controls and ensuring market data integrity in terms of completeness and accuracy prior to end of business day;
• Managing the trade life cycle through the STP chain ;
• Onboarding of the institutional client/counterpart including the management of static data throughout the lifecycle, ensuring an adequate regulatory setup of the client
• Performing checks to the reconciliation between systems (internal/external) to verify the correctness of the data.
• Supporting the OTC Derivatives pre- settlement, settlement and investigation process
• Providing support in the management ofthe deal lifecycle within securities settlement
• Cooperating with other functions such as Risk Management, KYC, IT, Project Management, Compliance, Audit, Fiscal and Legal;
• Analyzing new products and projects with a particular focus on test phase
