TOD’S Group in Lombardia, Milano is seeking a CRM Associate Intern to join the CRM Corporate Team. In a fast-moving environment, you will support the execution and implementation of the CRM strategy with an omnichannel approach.

You will assist in data analysis, reporting, newsletters, clienteling materials, VIC strategies, and the organization of events for top customers, while collaborating across regions in a hybrid work setting.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Economics or Management.
• Familiarity with CRM concepts and data analysis is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support CRM reporting and analyze customer trends.
• Ensure customer database quality and assist CRM coordination across regions.
• Assist in managing the Communications Calendar and Contact Strategy across Brands.
• Monitor campaign performance and support optimization activities.
• Help manage newsletter planning, targeting, and deployment.
• Assist in developing clienteling materials and VIC strategies.
• Contribute to the organization of events dedicated to top customers.
