Amplifon is offering a 6-month internship at its Global Strategy, Business Development & M&A team, based at the Global Headquarters in Milan. The role provides exposure to cross-functional strategic initiatives, growth projects, and international collaboration, with responsibilities in market research, analysis, and reporting.

You are a Master’s student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, an analytical mindset, and

• Analytical mindset with ability to structure problems and interpret data.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; proactive in fast-paced environments.

Mansioni

• Support the identification, planning, and execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives with high business impact.
• Contribute to projects driving revenue growth, including new products & services, partnerships, and geographic expansion.
• Assist in analysis and development of business insights for new models and channels.
• Collaborate with teams across countries to support implementation of key initiatives.
• Provide operational support in change management for strategic projects.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify trends and impact.
• Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
