Amplifon in Milan is seeking an aspiring Data & Insights Intern to join the Global CRM & Customer Intelligence team for a 6-month curricular internship starting Sep 2026. You will work with stakeholders, collect and harmonize data, and support data-driven decision making.

Grow your skills in SQL, Python or R, Tableau or Power BI, and deliver actionable insights while collaborating in a diverse, international environment.

Competenze

• Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or Economics.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python or R; experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a passion for turning data into actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic, international environment.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Mansioni

• Supporting the collection, preparation, and integration of customer data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Analyzing customer behavior, identifying segmentation opportunities, and uncovering actionable business insights through data.
• Contributing to customer profiling and predictive analytics projects to better understand customer needs and preferences.
• Monitoring CRM campaigns and personalized promotions, recommending optimization opportunities based on performance insights.
