Friendsofkerhonkson in Italy is seeking a Global Corporate PR, Media & Events Support on a temporary maternity-replacement contract. You will help develop and execute PR/media strategies, coordinate press office activities, and support corporate events and CSR initiatives.

The role requires a university degree in Marketing/PR, 1 year in communications/PR, and fluency in Italian and English. Office suite proficiency and strong storytelling are essential.

**Job Description**With the aim of strengthening our Global Corporate Communication department, we are recruiting a **Global Corporate PR, Media & Events Support (temporary contract)** By supporting the management of all PR operations, you will contribute to the company's overall communication efforts and help maximize the visibility and reputation of the company, its therapeutic areas, products and activities on a global scale. **Main responsibilities:*** Support the development and execution of the annual PR and media relations strategy to enhance Group image, visibility, and awareness and help to ensure consistent narrative positioning across all activities, geographies, platforms, and touchpoints.* Support the coordination of press office activities and the execution of the annual PR calendar, supporting therapeutic areas and product-level PR initiatives.* Build and maintain national media relationships, coordinate interviews, and draft/review press releases, media kits, toolkits, and media lists.* Select contents, speaking platforms and communication hooks (e.g. prizes) to be spread on all media for Group and CEO; support the planning and organization of corporate events, press conferences, and speaking platforms.* Support the execution of CSR strategy and sponsorship strategies with a digital amplification mindset.* Support governance and maintain alignment across markets for PR, media, and sponsorship projects.* Perform daily press monitoring and reporting on Group visibility; track KPIs, project performance, and ROI; and monitor consumer, competitive, creative, and brand trends to support case study creation.* Liaise closely with internal to drive and promote internal/external initiatives beyond commercial boundaries. **Requirements:*** University degree in Marketing, Communication, PR or Journalism or other humanities subjects.* 1 year of experience in Communication, PR or similar fields, preferably in medium/large companies or agencies working in the healthcare sector.* Knowledge of Communication activities, tools, and techniques and ability in copywriting and storytelling.* Proficiency in the use of the Office suite.* Full fluency in spoken and written Italian and English.* Strong collaborative mindset and adaptability. **Our offer:*** Temporary maternity-replacement contract.* Salary between 28.300 – 35.400 €.* Collective Bonus and company Welfare. **Fidia benefits:** In Fidia you will have unlimited access to training and coaching programs aligned with market best practices and opportunities for professional development through participation in internal job posting processes, pension fund with company integration and health fund, merit review and referral programs, company canteen, staff discounts and access to the flu vaccination campaign. *Fidia Farmaceutici promotes parity and inclusion in all its actions.
