Fidia Farmaceutici seeks a Global Corporate Communication Support to bolster the management of communication assets and tools. You will assist in global projects, internal campaigns, intranet content, and events, collaborating with external providers for graphics, video, and social media.

The role requires a university degree in marketing/communication/ economics or design, 1 year of relevant experience, and fluency in Italian and English.

Headquartered in Abano Terme (PD), Fidia extends its global reach through local partners and distributors in 120+ countries worldwide, as well as with wholly owned subsidiaries. **Job Description**With the aim of strengthening our Global Corporate Communication department, we are recruiting a **Global Corporate Communication Support** You will play a key role in supporting the management of communication assets and tools. **Main responsibilities:*** Support execution of global communication projects and materials, such as leaflets, company brochures, events, shootings, contests, ticketing, editorial plan, press coverage.* Support internal communication campaigns and employee engagement initiatives.* Contribute to the creation of content for intranet, newsletters, and any other corporate communications.* Assist in the organization of internal and external events and company activities like shootings, sponsorships, campaigns.* Support the management of corporate social media channels and editorial plans developing contents (graphics, video editing, photo...) both independently and with external providers.* Support the communication team in daily administrative activities, such as managing invoices, operations related to sponsorships, and contracts with external providers.* Provide operational support for ad hoc communication initiatives and special projects. **Requirements:*** University degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics or Graphic Design.* 1 year of experience in a communication role or a similar one; background in mid-to-large agencies or companies across operational or creative capacities (e.g., design, editing) preferred.* Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, combined with hands-on experience in photo/video editing and content creation using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe and AI tools.* Full fluency in spoken and written Italian and English.* Ability to learn, high levels of accuracy, and strong teamwork skills. **Our offer:*** Permanent contract.* Salary between 28.300 – 35.400 €.* Collective Bonus and company Welfare. **Fidia benefits:** In Fidia you will have unlimited access to training and coaching programs aligned with market best practices and opportunities for professional development through participation in internal job posting processes, pension fund with company integration and health fund, merit review and referral programs, company canteen, staff discounts and access to the flu vaccination campaign. *Fidia Farmaceutici promotes parity and inclusion in all its actions.
