Job summary

Villa & Partners Human Capital Solutions is seeking a Chief Executive Officer responsible for the overall management of the company, driving its evolution and growth while delivering financial, operational and strategic objectives.

The role coordinates the management team across Commercial, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure a performance-driven culture with accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in CEO/Managing Director or equivalent leadership roles in industrials.
• Experience with machinery/engineered equipment.
• Proven ability to coordinate Production, Supply Chain and Engineering.
• Strategic growth and international expansion experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the strategic and industrial development plan.
• Take full responsibility for the Company's P&L, profitability and cash generation.
• Lead growth and strengthen processes and the management structure.
• Coordinate Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial and After Sales.
• Drive development of new markets and international opportunities.
• Support expansion of international sales network and partnerships.
• Ensure scalable Supply Chain and Operations for growth.
• Improve operational efficiency and project execution.
• Grow After Sales revenues from services/parts/maintenance.
• Maintain transparent reporting to the Board and shareholders.
