Page Executive is seeking an incoming Chief Executive Officer for a private equity-backed intralogistics leader. The role centers on accelerating revenue growth, professionalising processes, and aligning with the investment strategy.

The CEO will coordinate all functions, strengthen commercial activity, and deliver sustained value creation. The successful candidate will have a technical degree, a strong commercial mindset, and a proven track record in manufacturing or multinational industrial

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or comparable technical discipline.
Strong commercial mindset with proven leadership and communication skills.
Experience in intralogistics manufacturing or commercial organisations of industrial companies is essential.
Ability to synthesize complex information and build relationships across all levels.

Responsibilities

Act as central point of coordination across all business functions; foster collaboration.
Lead development of the commercial organisation and represent the company with key customers, distributors, and agents.
Own the company’s P&L and drive growth, profitability, and value creation.
Coordinate and optimise operations and project management processes for agility and efficiency.
Develop the annual budget, forecasts, and multi-year strategic plan; present to the Board.
Identify operational challenges; rationalize the product portfolio for standardisation and economies of scale.
Ensure achievement of financial and business targets, focusing on profitability and ROI.
Support expansion and diversification of business lines in line with market opportunities.
