AURELIUS Growth Italy is seeking a Managing Director (m/f/d) to take full end-to-end responsibility for investments across the holding period. You will lead on-site management teams and partner with the investment and operations teams to drive strategy, performance and value creation.

The role requires extensive travel (relocation not required). You will define the strategy, build the team, steer workstreams and optimize financing structures, guiding portfolio companies toward successful exits

Competenze

• Broad, hands-on operational responsibility as Managing Director or CEO in a mid-cap environment.
• P&L responsibility of at least an eight-figure amount.
• Experience in small/mid-cap private equity with an entrepreneurial, high-energy mindset.

Mansioni

• Take full end-to-end responsibility for investments over the holding period.
• Lead on-site management teams and act as the contact for operational and strategic matters.
• Define strategy, build the team, and implement efficiency measures.
• Steer workstreams and optimize financing structures for each investment.
