Safilo España SL is seeking a Global Brand Manager for our Padua headquarters to lead the assigned brands. You will drive brand strategy, licensing management, and GTM initiatives across product development, marketing, and trade channels.

The role requires 5+ years in Marketing/Brand Management, strong English skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in eyewear is a plus, with a focus on data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration in an international

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing and/or Brand Management.
• Experience in eyewear industry is a plus.
• Excellent English written and spoken skills.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate data into insights.
• Solid understanding of P&L, profitability and margin analysis.
• Strong marketing planning capabilities and knowledge of KPIs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a dynamic, international environment.

Mansioni

• Develop strategy for assigned brands aligned with company and licensor goals, including P&L performance.
• Manage licensing agreements and act as main contact between Licensors and Safilo.
• Oversee collections development, pricing, and lifecycle management.
• Define annual marketing plans based on brand performance and distribution strategies.
• Monitor sales, budgets, and marketing expenditures to protect growth and profitability targets.
• Develop financial objectives and provide strategic guidance for distribution.
• Lead cross-functional projects and GTM initiatives with training support for product features and value propositions.
