CSL is seeking a Director (m/f/x) for HAE / ANDEMBRY Brand Lead to shape international portfolio strategy for ANDEMBRY and BERINERT across the patient journey. You will lead the IBT, partner with affiliates, and translate a strong brand vision into locally relevant, compliant execution across markets.

This role requires a decade of healthcare experience, deep leadership, and success in multi-country marketing initiatives with a focus on launch excellence and cross-functional teamwork.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of healthcare experience, including 8+ years in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales and marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to establish disease-area, portfolio and brand strategy and drive execution against business objectives.
• Experience leading above-country marketing initiatives and influencing diverse matrix teams; rare-disease, portfolio and launch experience preferred.
• Strong strategic, analytical and commercial capabilities with ability to connect patient needs, market dynamics and performance data.
• Excellent project and stakeholder-management skills, including delivery of multi-market initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of HAE disease-area and ANDEMBRY brand strategy for the International region, including positioning of ANDEMBRY and BERINERT.
• Act as marketing SME and trusted partner for affiliates, building clarity and momentum around strategy.
• Lead the ANDEMBRY IBT and coordinate cross-functional execution.
• Champion collaborative culture across the international HAE brand community.
• Develop differentiated market strategies and map affiliates to appropriate approaches.
• Translate insights into portfolio choices, messaging and priorities across ANDEMBRY and BERINERT.
• Identify lifecycle-management opportunities to strengthen long-term value.
• Partner with cross-functional colleagues and external stakeholders with strict compliance.
