CSL is seeking a Director, Market Access – Inline Haematology, to shape and execute market access strategies across international markets. You will secure and optimize pricing, reimbursement, and patient access throughout the product lifecycle in a collaborative payer environment.

You will lead development of value dossiers, engage with authorities, and guide country teams in submissions and negotiations while shaping pricing and access strategies for inline haematology assets.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required in Health Economics, Public Health, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of market access experience across international markets.
• Proven track record in securing and optimizing pricing, reimbursement, and patient access.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement market access strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to embed market access in brand strategy.
• Lead submissions, pricing, reimbursement, and Health Technology Assessment dossiers.
• Monitor payer regulations and economic evidence across key markets to identify opportunities and risks.
• Develop and update Global Value Dossier to support pricing and reimbursement submissions.
• Guide country teams through submissions, negotiations, and regulatory interactions.
• Develop payer value propositions and health economic models communicating clinical and economic value.
• Support lifecycle evidence generation and pricing optimization for access.
