Lesaffre International in Desio, Italy, seeks a Strategy & Health Category Excellence Director to shape the BU’s future, anticipate health trends, and drive strategic discussions with senior leaders, turning plans into results.

You will bridge R&D, marketing, regulatory and operations to implement a world-class health category framework, oversee global initiatives, allocate resources, and ensure measurable gains in BU performance.

Competenze

• Bachelors required in business or health-related field; MBA preferred.
• At least 15 years in consumer health, category management or strategic planning.
• Deep understanding of nutraceuticals, health and wellness industry.

Mansioni

• Shape 3–10 year strategic vision aligned with corporate goals.
• Bridge strategy and execution with R&D, marketing, regulatory and ops.
• Define and implement a world-class health category excellence framework.
• Oversee transformation initiatives with timely, on-budget delivery.
• Communicate vision to executives and represent Gnosis externally.
