Unigrà seeks a Corporate Brand Ambassador – Executive Pastry Chef to expand brand presence worldwide. You will lead pastry applications, training, and show cooking with the Marketing and Sales teams. Frequent travel and live demonstrations will showcase our premium ingredients to pastry professionals globally.

The role requires strong pastry expertise, storytelling, and the ability to engage diverse audiences. Competitive salary plus company car and performance bonus are offered.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Pastry Chef or equivalent.
• Experience in pastry, bakery, confectionery, gelato, or ingredients is desirable.
• Luxury hospitality or high-end culinary environments are advantageous.

Mansioni

• Represent the brand globally as Corporate Executive Pastry Chef and Brand Ambassador.
• Attend international trade fairs, events, and product launches.
• Develop pastry applications and recipes aligned with market trends.
• Deliver technical training and live demonstrations for customers worldwide.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, R&D, and Quality teams on launches.
