Bulgari Hotels & Resorts in Milan is seeking a Pastry Intern to assist the pastry team in preparing desserts and sweet dishes in line with our standards. You will work closely with chefs to learn mise-en-place, recipe execution, and guest service, under supervision.

This full-time role offers hands-on experience in a luxury hotel kitchen, exposure to Italian and international pastry techniques, and the chance to develop meticulous plating, timing, and teamwork in a renowned luxury brand

• Basic knowledge of food preparation.
• Basic knowledge of HACCP procedures.
• Maintain high cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Assist with Mise en Place and service.
• Be ambassador to Bulgari Hotels & Resorts.

Mansioni

• Prepares one part of a major meal for serving with proper quantities and garnishes.
• Assists in the preparation of several parts of a major meal.
• Prepares breakfasts independently.
• Helps with portions, serving, and cleaning work areas.
• Performs other related work as required.
• Prepares mise-en-place for next day.
• Assists with another station as assigned.
• Cleans and maintains kitchen equipment and reports repairs.
