Catl in Lombardy, Italy, seeks an engineer to participate in commissioning, project delivery, and SAT of large-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems. You will perform commissioning, troubleshooting, and defect resolution for battery containers, FSS, HVAC/TMS, BMS/EMS/PCS, and support on-site issue closure with the project team.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or higher, 1–3 years (engineer) or 5+ years (manager) in electrical equipment commissioning or energy projects, and familiarity

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant engineering field.
• Preferred majors include Electrical, Communication, Energy, Renewable Energy Technology.
• 1-3 years (Engineer), 5+ years (Manager) in electrical equipment commissioning or energy projects.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, BESS, PV, and power systems; CAN/Modbus; reading schematics.

Mansioni

• Participate in commissioning, project delivery, and SAT for large BESS projects.
• Perform commissioning, troubleshooting, and defect resolution for battery containers and cabinets including FSS, HVAC/TMS, BMS/EMS/PCS.
• Assist with the commissioning of PCS and EMS, with a basic understanding of their operating principles.
• Support on-site issue analysis, fault diagnosis, corrective actions, and issue closure with the project team.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, After-Sales Service, and Project Management to resolve site issues efficiently.
• Comply with EHS requirements and ensure safe execution of all commissioning activities.
