Job summary

SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan is seeking an Alumni Engagement Professional to develop and strengthen relationships with alumni and MBA communities, while contributing to broader alumni engagement initiatives across the School, supporting meaningful connections, professional growth and long‑term collaboration.

The role combines relationship management and hands‑on planning and delivery of initiatives, events and communications for Italy and international communities.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant discipline; MBA/EMBA is a plus.
• Experience in alumni relations, community management or stakeholder relations.
• Experience with senior professionals and international contexts.
• Proven project management from planning to execution and follow-up.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust.
• Proactive, able to identify needs and translate ideas into initiatives.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; work independently.
• CRM proficiency; Salesforce desirable.
• International experience (6+ months) studying, working or living abroad.
• Excellent command of Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver initiatives for MBA and Executive MBA alumni and students.
• Build and maintain relationships with alumni, class leaders, Advisory Councils, student clubs, faculty and other stakeholders.
• Identify needs and opportunities; facilitate meaningful connections between the School and alumni.
• Plan, manage and participate in events, conferences, networking opportunities and other community initiatives.
• Support mentoring, guest speaking, career development and lifelong learning activities.
• Develop targeted communications across email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Populate CRM to manage relationships, track activities, segment audiences and monitor results.
