Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an Air Export Operator in Italy to manage and coordinate international air export shipments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance. The role supports a leading international fashion client and requires strong organizational and communication skills.

You will handle shipment planning, documentation, invoicing, and stakeholder coordination within a hybrid working model, contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role within logistics and transportation companies.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping processes and related documentation.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Shipment management: Collecting and verifying order and shipment information, planning transport (routing), and optimizing operational execution.
• Documentation: Preparing and managing the necessary documentation (invoices, packing lists, transport documents, etc.), ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Monitoring: Overseeing shipments, updating data in the transport management system, and handling communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Invoicing: Validating documentation, managing internal and external invoicing, and sending invoices to customers.
• Reporting: Preparing operational reports and providing feedback to the manager to ensure compliance with quality and operational standards.
• Coordination: Collaborating with the team to resolve any operational issues.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable company procedures, safety standards, and legal requirements.
• Contributing to a collaborative, inclusive, and continuous improvement-oriented work environment.
