CB Talents SP in Sofia, Bulgaria, is seeking Back Office Gaming Support Specialists with German and English to join our Game Support Team. You will help players resolve issues, focus on experience, and relay player feedback to the right teams.

We offer a €1,500 gross relocation bonus (paid in two installments), 21 days of company-provided accommodation, fully paid training, health insurance, and a wide range of benefits in a positive international environment.

Competenze

• Fluency in German and good command of English.
• Gaming experience and ability to relate to players.
• Understanding of Player Support.
• Desire to help players and contribute to the team.
