Boston Scientific in Milan invites applications for its on-site Graduate Programme in AI/ML. You will join the EMEA IT AI Development Team to explore real AI, ML and GenAI projects from initial exploration through delivery, applying data science methods to build and evaluate models in a healthcare setting.

You will work with Python and ML libraries, prototype GenAI agents, and collaborate with experienced engineers and data scientists to learn hands-on development and deployment practices.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a data-related field or equivalent.
• One AI/ML project you can discuss in detail.
• Solid grasp of data science fundamentals and core ML algorithms.
• Working knowledge of Python and common ML libraries.

Mansioni

• Support AI Development Team on real AI, ML and GenAI projects from exploration to delivery.
• Work with data and ML techniques to develop and evaluate models.
• Build hands-on experience with traditional ML and GenAI technologies.
• Help prototype AI solutions addressing real business needs.
• Collaborate with senior AI developers and data scientists via reviews and discussions.
• Gain experience developing AI solutions in a real healthcare environment.
