Avvale is seeking an experienced AI/ML professional to join our expanding Data & AI team in Italy. You will design and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions and evaluate GenAI vs classical approaches to meet business needs.

With 4+ years of hands-on experience, you will work with Python and core AI frameworks, shaping projects from requirements to deployment while embracing a flexible remote policy in Italy and opportunities to collaborate internationally.

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions.
• Hands-on experience applying advanced analytics/ML techniques to real business cases.
• Strong proficiency in Python and core AI frameworks/libraries.

Mansioni

• Analyze business needs and propose effective technical approaches (classical AI, GenAI, or hybrid).
• Design end-to-end AI solutions translating business requirements into specs.
• Implement ML solutions and GenAI architectures (RAG, agents, LLM orchestration, prompting).
• Assess when to use LLM/GenAI vs classical ML based on robustness and cost.
• Validate models for explainability, generalization, and production behavior including GenAI risks.
• Prepare and present technical reports for diverse audiences.
• Stay updated on Data Science, ML, and GenAI developments and contribute to pre-sales.
