Beko Europe is seeking a motivated Data Science Intern to join our Advanced Analytics & AI team in Milan. You will work with data scientists, ML engineers, and stakeholders to develop data-driven solutions and gain exposure across the data science lifecycle.

Responsibilities include building models for classification, forecasting, and NLP tasks, exploring data, and communicating results through dashboards. You will be mentored by experienced professionals and contribute to real-world AI projects.

Competenze

Pursuing a Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, CS, AI, or similar.
Proficient in Python for data analysis and ML.
Working knowledge of SQL and relational data concepts.
Solid understanding of statistics and ML concepts.
Interest in Generative AI and NLP.

Mansioni

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate challenges into data science use cases.
Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from various sources.
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and opportunities.
Develop and evaluate models for classification, regression, forecasting, or anomaly detection.
Support development of Generative AI/LLM solutions (extraction, classification, summarization).
Create clear visualizations and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
Document, test, and monitor DS solutions; work with the analytics team on prototypes.
