Job summary

Admiral Europe Tech in Italy is seeking an AI Engineer focused on Generative AI to transform complex workflows into automated solutions. You will design, implement, and orchestrate advanced LLMs and autonomous agents to guide strategic decisions and improve customer experiences.

Collaborating with software engineers, product managers, and data scientists, you will ensure production readiness, monitor latency and quality, and stay current with GenAI and NLP advancements, with Italian language

Qualifications

Experience with designing agentic AI workflows and multi-agent orchestration.
Ability to connect LLMs to enterprise execution layers via APIs and webhooks.
Strong business sense to translate operational needs into GenAI solutions.
Fast prototyping with iterative delivery mindset.
Proficient in Italian for documentation and collaboration with SMEs.

Responsibilities

Design and implement Generative AI models, autonomous agents, and conversational interfaces.
Fine-tune foundation models and build Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines.
Craft and optimize prompts and orchestrate multi-agent systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into production.
Monitor latency, quality, and test automation; align with CI/CD practices.
Contribute to A/B and multivariate experiments to validate features.
Communicate AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
