Reply is seeking an AI Engineer in Lombardy to design and industrialize enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions based on Large Language Models, with a focus on the Mistral ecosystem. You will fine-tune models with LoRA/QLoRA, optimize for latency and memory, and build end-to-end GenAI pipelines across cloud and on‑prem environments.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• At least 3 years of backend development and system integration experience.
• Experience with Python and Large Language Models, production readiness.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and industrialize enterprise GenAI solutions based on LLMs, focusing on Mistral ecosystem.
• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs using LoRA/QLoRA; optimize latency, throughput, memory usage.
• Develop end-to-end GenAI pipelines across cloud and on-prem deployments.
• Monitor, scale, and continuously improve model performance in real enterprise use cases.
