Job summary

Four Seasons Florence seeks a Manager in Training for our People & Culture team. This 18-month program offers hands-on exposure, mentorship, and cross-functional experiences to develop leadership potential within the organization.

You will support recruitment, learning and development, engagement initiatives, and HR operations, contributing to an exceptional guest experience in a luxury, on-site setting in Florence.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, hospitality, or related field.
• Previous internship or work experience in HR, hospitality, or people-focused environment preferred.
• Proficiency in English; Italian language skills are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships at all levels.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interviews, onboarding, and employer branding.
• Contribute to employee engagement programs, recognition activities, and internal events.
• Support learning and development initiatives and training coordination.
• Assist with employee relations matters while maintaining confidentiality.
• Collaborate with all hotel colleagues to provide People & Culture support.
• Gain exposure to workforce planning, performance management, and compensation.
