Amazon is seeking a Learning Manager to lead a Trainer team at our Italian fulfilment centre. You will own the full training lifecycle, collaborate with EU Learning teams, and drive coaching to elevate leadership, quality, and productivity across the site.

The role blends Learning & Development with operational performance, requiring strong analytics and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• Experience driving cross-team collaboration and communicating with stakeholders.
• Evidence of delivering training groups and creating training materials.
• Experience solving complex problems under tight schedules.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Analytical approach to assessing training effectiveness.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop Trainers and Learning Specialist at site.
• Own end-to-end training programs from needs analysis to execution.
• Collaborate with EU Learning Teams to share best practices.
• Plan, develop, and evaluate training initiatives with senior leadership.
• Identify and deploy coaching solutions to improve quality and productivity.
• Provide leadership coaching in 1:1s and workshops.
