Amazon Italia Services Srl is seeking a Learning Manager to lead training teams and own site-wide training programs for associates and leaders. You will partner with EU teams to implement best practices and deliver scalable training solutions in a dynamic fulfilment centre environment.

The role involves coaching leaders, coordinating cross-functional training, and driving performance through L&D initiatives aligned with business goals.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration.
• Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including leadership.
• Experience delivering training groups and creating communications and training materials.
• Analytical approach to assessing training interventions.
• Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading).

Mansioni

• Lead and develop Trainers and a Learning Specialist teams.
• Own end-to-end associate and leader training programs at the site.
• Collaborate with EU Learning Teams to share best practices.
• Plan, develop and evaluate all training initiatives with senior team inputs.
• Identify and deploy coaching solutions to improve quality and productivity at the FC.
• Provide coaching and feedback on leadership topics in 121s and workshops.
