Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager in Piedmont, Italy to lead Area Managers and drive safety, quality and productivity across fulfilment sites. You will craft the operational plan to help teams hit targets and shape the Amazon of tomorrow.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance, Health & Safety and Security to design initiatives, monitor performance, mentor staff and implement data‑driven improvements. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in people and stakeholder management.
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and intermediate proficiency in the local language.
• Experience in using data to influence business decisions.
• Experience in key areas of production and supply chains.

Mansioni

• Manage and develop a team of Area Managers.
• Lead operational teams on a shift, deal with issues, and positively impact site performance.
• Analyse shift performance against relevant business objectives, and put in place actions to improve our operational excellence.
• Work closely with other support teams, including HR, Finance, Health and Safety, and Security.
• Design and deliver initiatives across the sites to improve operational performance.
