Amazon Italia Services Srl in Italy's fulfilment network is seeking an Learning Manager to lead training for associates and leaders on the floor. You will own end-to-end training programs, analyze needs, and partner with EU teams to deploy scalable learning initiatives.

The role blends Learning & Development with operational improvement, focusing on KPIs and coaching. A bachelor’s or master’s degree and strong English are required; the job offers growth in a dynamic environment with rapid

• Lead and develop a team of Trainers and a Learning Specialist.
