Pillar in Milan is seeking a Frontend Developer to build the web experience behind our acquisition engine, with a strong focus on conversions and performance. You will translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, mobile-first interfaces and own the UX of landing pages, forms, and onboarding flows.

You will run CRO tests with marketing, analyze funnel data, and keep the site fast and accessible while growing a reusable component library for rapid delivery of new pages.

Competenze

• Solid frontend experience with React/Next.js
• Strong eye for UI spacing, hierarchy, and micro-interactions
• Mobile-first by default
• Comfortable working from Figma and collaborating with designers
• Experience in CRO, A/B testing, or conversion-driven web projects
• Think in metrics: conversion rate, drop-off, page speed, funnel
• Enjoy testing, measuring, and iterating quickly
• See yourself as a builder creating something valuable

Mansioni

• Build and ship pages, components, and flows with a strong focus on conversion and performance
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, mobile-first interfaces, and push back when a design will not convert
• Own the UX of our conversion paths: landing pages, forms, onboarding wizard, navigation
• Run A/B tests and iterate on layout, copy placement, and interaction patterns together with marketing
• Use session recordings, heatmaps, and funnel data to find where users drop off, then fix it
• Keep the site fast and technically sound (Core Web Vitals, responsive behaviour, accessibility basics, SEO-friendly markup)
• Grow and maintain a reusable component library so new pages ship in days, not weeks
