Job summary
Lexroom is building an AI platform for legal work. You will own the website experience from design in Figma to publishing in Webflow, with a strong focus on UX and a scalable design system.
Design high-converting landing pages for desktop and mobile, define site structure, publish pages, fix bugs, translations and redirects, and implement HTML/CSS/JS while integrating with a CRM. Fluent Italian and English are required.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in UX/web design and web development with a portfolio.
- Strong skills in Figma and web UX design: research, IA, wireframes, design systems.
- Experience with CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS; JavaScript valued.
- Proficiency in Italian and English; Italian copy is 20–30% longer than English.
- Creative, proactive and iterative in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Design high-converting landing pages for desktop and mobile.
- Define the website structure and new sections (e.g., resources pages).
- Own the design workflow in Figma end to end with scalable components.
- Build and publish pages in CMS (Webflow), fixing bugs and translations.
- Implement custom solutions with HTML/CSS/JS and CRM integrations.
- Identify UX friction points using analytics and propose tests.
