Job summary

Lexroom.ai is seeking a UX/web designer to own the website experience from design in Figma to publishing in Webflow. You will shape user experience, build a scalable design system, and optimize conversion across pages.

You’ll work with marketing, product and sales to translate business goals into engaging pages. 1–3 years’ experience, CMS knowledge, and JavaScript would be ideal. Hybrid work in Milan HQ is offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in UX/web design and web development; portfolio required.
• Strong skills in Figma and web UX design: research, IA, wireframes, design systems.
• Experience with CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress).
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS; JavaScript highly valued.
• Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization best practices and tools such as Microsoft Clarity.
• Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio and a CRM (HubSpot).
• Native-level proficiency in Italian/Spanish/German/French, fluent English and working knowledge of at least one other language.

Responsibilities

• Design high-converting landing pages for paid traffic across desktop and mobile.
• Define website structure and new sections (resources pages) to improve usability and speed.
• Own the design workflow in Figma end to end with scalable components and tokens.
• Build and publish pages/components directly in CMS (Webflow) and manage translations/redirects.
• Implement custom HTML/CSS/JS solutions and support integrations (embeds, forms, CRM).
• Identify UX and conversion friction using analytics and heatmaps; propose tests/iterations.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and sales to translate business goals into pages.
