Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, user-centric interfaces.
• Translate business and user requirements into intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging experiences.
• Build scalable frontend solutions that prioritise performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, backend engineers, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to the creation, evolution, and governance of shared design systems.
• Ensure frontend implementations meet non-functional requirements such as performance, accessibility, and security.
• Review code, provide constructive feedback, and promote frontend best practices.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in architecture, workflows, and development processes.
• Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing within the team.
• Stay up to date with emerging frontend trends and continuously improve product quality.

Technical Skills and Experience

• Strong professional experience as a Senior Frontend Developer. At least 7 years of experience overall.
• Hands‑on experience with React, Vue, or Angular.
• Solid understanding of state management techniques.
• Proven experience building and maintaining Design Systems.
• Strong grasp of UX principles and frontend performance optimisation.
• Experience working with data‑driven interfaces and visualisation techniques.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical mindset.
• Clear and confident communication skills (English required; additional languages are a plus).
