Six Senses Milan seeks an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring exceptional standards that align with brand guidelines. The role requires deep knowledge of facilities, rooms, layouts, and guest service collaboration with Front Office, Reservations and F&B to meet guest expectations.

Competenze

• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel or Business Management and more than five years’ experience in a similar hotel operational role.
• Four years housekeeping/laundry supervisory experience or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Oversee the efficient operation of the housekeeping and laundry departments.
• Ensure knowledge of all facilities, services, room types, locations and layouts.
• Collaborate with Front Office/Guest Services, Reservations and F&B to meet guest needs and ensure smooth operation.
• Implement cost-focused training and maintain compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Operate in line with legal, financial, security, and brand standards while managing budget controls.
